Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

For pre-order items, the estimated arrival time at our warehouse varies between 1 to 2 months, depending on the product. Each pre-order item will include an estimated arrival date for reference.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Orders will be shipped to the address specified in your billing or shipping details.

  • We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or unreachable phone numbers provided by customers.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Customers will receive email updates on their delivery status, including the tracking number. You can also check the status in your order details.

Shipping Charges & Delays

Shipping fees and delivery timelines may be subject to revision. During peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or special events, order processing and delivery times may experience delays.

Return & Refund

Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Sealed items must remain unopened.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 working days.
